All sessions draw upon a variety of massage and soft tissue techniques to your individual needs as a whole, working mindfully with the nervous system to address any areas of concern and support your wellbeing.
This can include a blend of swedish, deep tissue and remedial massage, neuromuscular techniques & passive joint mobilisation. Before treatment a consultation will be conducted so we can work together to create a session that best suits you.
Offering relief to aches & pain, stress or tension to leaving you more comfortable, open and mobile in both body & mind.
