All sessions draw upon a variety of massage and soft tissue techniques to your individual needs as a whole, working mindfully with the nervous system to address any areas of concern and support your wellbeing.
This can include a blend of swedish, deep tissue and remedial massage, neuromuscular techniques & passive joint mobilisation. Before treatment a consultation will be conducted so we can work together to create a session that best suits you.
Offering relief to aches & pain, stress or tension to leaving you more comfortable, open and mobile in both body & mind.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let me know as soon as possible. Late cancellation within 24 hours of appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service price. Late cancellations due to illness / emergency are exempt.
Late arrivals
Session will be complete in the remaining time allocated.
Payment
Payments for my St ives room can be made before or after the treatment via cash, card or bank transfer.
Payment for mobile appointments must be made either upon booking or in advanced of the appointment following payment instructions.
Receipts are available on request. Invoices or receipts for insurance purposes can be provided but Its your responsibility to check with your provider that the specific service is covered in your policy in order to claim money back through them.
Cleaning / Hygiene / Illness
As a close contact service hygiene and cleaning are important. If you suspect an infectious or contagious illness please cancel or postpone until your are recovered.

With your consent your personal Information obtained during booking and consultation will be use for the purpose of contacting you with regards to your appointments and to inform the course of massage therapy. Any information obtain will be kept strictly confidential.
How is your information stored?
Your information and personal records are stored on a password protected computer and a secure server for the legally required time. Any paper records are uploaded digitally or stored in a locked unit until then.
If you do not wish for your details to be held and wish for them to be deleted, updated or to report a date breach please contact me.
