Appointment & treatment screening 


Appointments and treatment may be subject to screening of clients for therapist safety and or to discuss medical concerns.


Cleaning & Hygiene / Illness 

Face masks are no longer mandatory, so worn at yours and the therapists discretion. If you would like the therapist to wear a face mask and or gloves please let them know before or at the appointment. 

As a close contact service high standards of hygiene and cleaning have always been important and are expected from my clients. If you suspect an infectious or contagious illness / disease Covid -19 or other please cancel or postpone until your are recovered. 


Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment I ask you to please let me know as soon as possible. Late cancellation within 24 hours of appointment can result in a charge of 50% of the service price and no shows 100%. 

Late arrivals 

Please notify me asap if you are going to be late for the appointment time, session will be complete in the remaining time unless Its possible to extend.


Payments for my St ives room can be made before or after the treatment.


Payment for mobile appointments must be made either upon booking or in advanced of appointment following the reminder email

If you prepay before an appointment and I your therapist am unable to fulfil the appointment obligation (e.g due to sudden illness etc) a full refund can be issued and or reschedule made. 


Receipts are available on request.

Inappropriate behaviour

Inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated (this includes but is not limited to physical /verbal abuse or intimidation, intoxication, sexual - be that advances or requests). I will end the treatment or contact with clients who display inappropriate behaviour with immediate effect and without refund.

What personal information do I collect & what do I use it for?


With your consent your personal Information obtained during booking and consultation will be use for the purpose of contacting you with regards to your appointments and to inform the course of massage therapy. Any information obtain will be kept strictly confidential.

How is your information stored?

Your information and personal records are stored on a password protected computer and a secure server for the legally required time. Any paper records are uploaded digitally or stored in a locked unit until then.


If you do not wish for your details to be held and wish for them to be deleted, updated or to report a date breach please contact me.
